Game Rule Information
Abilitiess: Evokers rely on their innate magical ability, and use their Charisma to influence their magic, so that is very important. Knowledge is very important, so a high Intelligence score is useful.
Alignment: Any Chaotic

Class Skills
The Evoker's class skills are Appraise (Int), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Gather Information (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Knowledge (the planes) (Int), Profession (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Use Magic Device (Cha).
Skill Points at 1st Level: (4 + Int modifier) X 4.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Evokers receive proficiency with simple weapons, but not with any type of armor or shield.
Spells: Evokers cast spells spontaneously, and can cast many a day but have a very limited list. Evokers use Charisma to manipulate their spell's energy, and a save for a spell cast by an Evoker is 10+Cha Bonus+spell level. Evokers require 8 hours of rest to renew their energy to cast spells.
Fire Affinity: Evokers have a strong affinity to fire, and are more powerful when around it. When within 10 feet of a fire source greater than or equal to the size of a campfire, Evokers receive a +1 bonus (increases by +1 every 5 levels) to saves, attack rolls, damage, and initiative.
